Thanks to Brybs for the other avocado.

Masked out all of the other source except the hole.
Transformed the hole to fit the pit using scale, distort and warp.
Then used color match to adjust the color. Overlaid with a brightness layer mask to enhance the depth of the hole.
Used pen tool to edge the hole and stroked the path with a gray brush to get a better edge to the hole and adjusted the opacity to get the look I wanted
