Moomm ... my team wins the game!!

I use the child's picture taken from http://www.123rf.com/photo_4346902.html in the free image section. Then I cut the source image and blend it to the child's picture. Liquify a little bit to fit the eye. And add the flag using brush.

The creature have a power of hipnose! Be careful...

I made a copy of the image, played little bit with levels, then I set it's blending to saturation, then I pasted my niece's lips over it, soft brushed eraser to blend. Then I started to google for glasses, but decided to make 'em from scratch, last thing I did was make the eyes little bit more vibrant with the help of levels. That's all folks.
