cut hawk, in half.. join,
apply following filters.

stylize, find lines
desaturate
invert

wind
wave
guassian blur
motion blur

two layers of hawk.

layerblend mode. screen 100% /50%
use pentool for highlight lines and blur.

fill grey 50% dodge/burn


add colour balance.
