Also there is one of your layers causing a mess. EG. The triangle in her head and the shadow thing following her back. Her bum is a little sharp too 
If However your image is already flattened the above smudge method will help with them shadowy bit in conjunction with clone tool. The composition is awesome. Get in close and has a look over you work and clean it up, make it special.
