I hate offering critiques because the artist often has a vision and sometimes what the viewer wants isn't what the artist had in mind, however there may be something you could do with the background. You are very correct TwilightMuse, I was thinking of a lot of backgrounds, but in the end I went with Insanity straight jacket, and the plain white background reminded me of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
