The blending is good, but there are something you can improve: 1. the reflections of the scenery in front of this robot are not relevant, some rotated clockwise, some not, and it should be in the center on the head of the robot (because it appears palindromically on the two arms) 2. the darkness inside the mouth is needed to be much darker (compared with the shadow on other parts, you can see that easily) 3. if the neck has its reflection, so does the head, at least a part of the head should be visible in the reflection. Thanks for your input langstrum, much appreciated. I tend to take artistic license to achieve the look I'm after, here I wanted to utilize the existing reflections in the source to create a new object. I could have rendered proper reflections but it's more fun to use as much of the source image as possible. The head refection looked confusing and I opted to let it blend into the top for simplicity. The look is meant to be very bisymetrical again just for the "look" I wanted. Think of it as part cartoon...part photographic. Reply »
