Used burn to darken iris borders, eyes contours. Used brush for the inner iris to give them light grey hue. Dodge to lighten eye's fiber.

Used history brush (lighten) after 27pxl gaussian blur. Changed hue/saturation of lips and overall image as well.

Now used burn and dodge tools to darken dark strands and lighten light ones.

Changed color of the blouse by selecting it using quick mask and then changing hue/saturation. Then decreased the noise with topaz denoise.

Added vignette effect (lens correction filter) and increased contrast of the red channel to 60%.

Drew the frame:
Filled new layer with brown color, render fibers, used layer effects bevel and emboss and gradient overlay. Copied plank 3 times and put them in proper places, deleted overlayed parts. Used 1 pxl paint daubs filter.

Used my own photo for the glass reflection.

Increased my photo, used 20-25 pxls Gaussian blur, changed blend to screen and opacity to 35%.

Changed hue of the frame a bit and reduced reflection's opacity to 23%.
