Tall iron sections were pieced together into a long wide one. Perspective and skew were worked until it fit. Liquify was used to make the span not quite so straight.

I made a brush to apply some snow to the stud tops. I also made a couple more to use on the ones that were at more awkward angles from the distortion. Some of the round studs were distorted too much, so I used the smudge tool to recover their shapes somewhat

Some snow is applied to studs.

Snow was added to studs and softened with gaussian blur. Clone tool was continually used to fix obvious seams and repetitive shapes.

Blanket of snow above the wall was copied and given a slight shadow along the bottom to make it lap over the wall a bit.
