Author..wonderful creativity with the source to create such a modern building. When submitting a contest piece with a LOT of hand drawn accents, try to make them look less obvious to aid to the realism.. OR just go the other directions and make them blatantly obvious (sharper lines less blur etc...) Also.. be very careful using brushes that aren't created from direct photos (no illustrations). I don't know what brushes come with the new PHOTOSHOP versions so that will be up with the mods. (I only got the blades of grass and maple leaf brushes and I use them sparingly here at PXLeyes cause they are a bit frowned upon. In the voting anyway) You'll need to post the sources for the brushes in order to stay in the contest, but I'm sure a mod will contact you about this issue. This is a fun image, but there are many areas of improvement that can be adjusted so you can get a higher score. Good luck author and I love the effort. The blankness of the windows are of issue as well but these are things you probably see yourself and you don't need me to tell you. Nice to see the work.. and once again.. sincere luck on this

I used the Brushes for the Tree and Flowers. also for grasses I used spatter 24 px and added noise and effect of gaussian blur ... The brushes for the Trees and Flowers are loaded in the photoshop... Above part of the house e.i. Molding of the terrace I used normal Gradiant colorby setting is and adjusting it in parallel to the slope... nothing is used from outside... All are created from the wall of the Provided Image. above terrace slope I just stretched the come of the wall selected by rectangle morque tool and adjusted as per require for the design...

And another part e.i. Windows are made looking like glass that is not transparent... two in one visible glass that should be see outside from inside and not from the outside to inside...

I think you covered the bases, but it's up to the MODs to decide. If you haven't been contacted yet it should be okay (you really did explain everything quite well). In time you will learn how to do it from the start, it's a learning process. Great job and good work... and Good luck
