No idea what im doing, couldn't find a tutorial for the image I had in my head so just gave it a go anyway.

Sorry there is no SBS, i did start one but i then forgot to snip when I was chopping and changing trying to figure out how to make her look like glass. Sorry again.

Feedback would help, does it look like she is turning to glass? lol

A duck made of glass...

For glassy effect I followed partially this tut: http://www.pxleyes.com/tutorial/photoshop/2206/A-Quick-and-Simple-Way-to-Make-Any-Object-Transparent.html

For refraction: selection of the glassy duck, copy and paste of the backward objects, and application of effects of distortion (pinch) on them.
