Risize the man or the frame, positioning both in a way to hide a back part of the board; so the image will appear like OOB. The way it is now it's just a jump and a floating frame to me.
Sorry but there isn't enough in the frame to make me think OOB... The frame is too flat and just looks like a coloured square at the moment.
Have to agree with erikuri and Keiley22. not quite OOB looking. The 2 source pictures are probably too similar.

Next time you should thank Photoshop Top Secrets since your entry is based on one of their tutorials (Flying Out Of Bounds). The Rules & Guidelines state that you should link to the tutorial, but since it is only available on DVD then you should at least credit it.
