For dinner tonight, I made ground Sirloin with maple bacon and melted sharp cheddar cheese, covered with onions sauteed in Olive Oil - topped with fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and avocado on a toasted bun. Then, there's the side of homemade potato chips, seasoned with sage and ground red pepper...finished off with a kosher dill spear = yummy, yum, yum! (5 years and 3098 days ago)

Thanks for your comment. I had some with the dish in full view, but felt that they looked kind of "aerial." I liked this one much better. I didn't take too many though, as my stomach was growling standing there smelling it and I had to dig in! No retakes available.
