It doesn't look very healthy to me, GL
It's just like Captain Crunch's Berry Cereal, and has the ingredients of a tortilla with LOTS OF SUGAR. The color dyes come from bizarre sources that really don't digest unless you have concentrated acid digestive juices. (and a bowl of that stuff keeps you awake for several hours) sorta like a latte with extra espresso
)
