It's a lovely photograph, but it could use a little white balance correction, IMO. If you have Photoshop, try opening it in PS and try Auto color.

As Friiskiwi said - it is a lovely photo, I think the focus on his eyes could be better, his hat appears to be sharper but the eyes are more important in a portrait.
