Located at the end of the breakwater at Laxey, about 10 km (6 mi) northeast of Douglas. Site open, tower closed (5 years and 2267 days ago)

This is the southern entrance to Nanaimo, BC, Canada. Shown at low tide, the automated light guides all types of vessels into this busy harbour. It is situated on (appropriately named) Protection Island. (5 years and 2270 days ago)
