It's all in how you see it, I guess. To me the entire scene is outside the car except for the bit of the car at the bottom. The goal states scene, not necessarily scenery. This is what I saw through the windshield. Somewhat different than most entries, but it got you thinking.

Seems like it needs to be either a little lighter, or a little darker. Lighter so we could see the human/features better, or darker to turn it into a true silhouette
