Good capture, but would have more impact if you made it a little darker.
I would also crop out the blown out highlights in the top... maybe just above the cars

A definite improvement, shame his conditions can't be improved as easily.
Maybe one day we could not change the world with the same ease of altering a photograph. So we live in a world of hope. Thanks for the comments.
