Ah the all knowing wiseman comments again, well you know what they say about opinions...

I've seen the way punches impact a person's face and this surely wasn't a hard hit at all.

no it wasn't real hard but it was hard enough to show impact.

let me get this right..............you shot Rocky crawling through the frame, which was set up at some sort of angle on the grass, with a white border around it, then put that shot into a frame.......cool idea, the only thing that needs correcting is the shadow from the frame against the white background..........imo.
