If you talking about the "bubbles" over the bottle... it is called "bokeh" & it's not PS!!!

I would say that this is not edited in photoshop - simply clever use of bokeh from little lights like those string lights for Christmas trees!

your angle is unique, but your focus isn't all that good. You focus is on the word liter, and it would be much better if it were on the Pepsi logo
