Great shot. The shadows framing the shot make it very dramatic. Are they natural?

Yes it's a pretty natural shot. The only real enhancement is the vignette and frame done in Lightroom. Thanks for taking the time to comment. cheers from Australia

Thanks Mikaelbg - I agree too. I was so busy concentrating on his eye/head I didn't even realise until after that his reflection could be seen
