Whole or partly views of the interior are off theme since we are looking for details.

I would have to argue that this meets the contest rules because the only way to photograph and compose a steering wheel would also show some of or all of the gauges. Either the rules need to be closely written before they are posted or if they are so loosely written then the benefit of the doubt should be given to the photographer.
