author says: Thanks, unfortunately the web was a very fine web, the 'big' spider was slightly smaller than shown in this photo. I just couldn't seem to find a web with a spider on that was a good size, which could be seen more clearly. I suppose I could head up into the loft to find some... *shudders*..or maybe not!
