like the teapot -- the image seems a bit flat -- Copuld be just the matte surface --- maybe a diffent angle for the lighiting or some additional light at another angle to give it a bit of pop

Thanks Alan. I believe it is the matte surface; I tried additional lights at a variety of angles, but this is the shot I liked.
