1 cup butter, melted
3 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
-Preheat Oven 350
-Combine Butter, Sugar and Vanilla in a large bowl
-Beat in eggs one at a time until mixture is thoroughly blended
-Sift together flour, cocoa and salt separately
-add mixtures together gradually, then blend together
-add chocolate chips (or chunks)
-bake for 35-40 minutes in square baker.
-let it cool before you cut it!
Add a scoop of ice cream and drizzle on your favorite toppings and you get something truly scrumptious! (5 years and 2792 days ago)
What is it? It's a bit too close up, the syrup swirls at the bottom are a bit hard to make out clearly.
It's a Brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate and white chocolate syrup cross-crossed on the bottom.
Thank you. The lighting is too bright, now that I know it's a brownie with chocolate syrup. I thought it was carrot cake or pumpkin bread with caramel syrup...
