How did you take this? It looks like you applied Zoom Radial Blur which is too much PS. So seriously, how did you take this? What did you do?

I see the C, a really wide V and a crooked X. The C (on it's back and cut just above the center) seems to be the only prominent letter in this entry. Reply »
