For this photo i used...
Christmas tree lights,that i place as far as i could from the camera.
A black piece of paper with a hole in the middle,in the shape of a heart that i place in front of my cameras lens (with power tape).
18x zoom (till the frame fills up with the lights) & manually focus on the flowers.
That way you have a bokeh effect with the shape of a heart & a vignette not made in PS but a real one.
Iso 100
f 4.0
0.62 sec exposure with the use of a tripod.

Decrease clarity to get this dreamy effect.
