Nice depiction of poverty....but not sad though....
Actually...in closer inspection...nearly appears to be a man???
he/she is sat on a nice suitcase.............hardly looks like something that a street beggar would own. Probably got a BMW parked round th ecorner like the professional beggars have in London!!!

I think th eindefference is also because of the regularity that people are confronted with such things....and also, I think a lot of people are getting wise to the scams that go on in the towns such as this.
