I like this and it would have done really well in a RED focal point contest. The image is sharp with good contrast evident and you kept part of the woven basket in the frame which adds a very exotic feel.

I think had you done that you would have had a frame full of chilis and no further story. Where in the world does one find chili pepper on a woven or in a woven basket....mystery!

This image would also do well in a colours contest. A very pretty shot, nice and clear with good POV. I like the light source shown as it accentuates the little fish. Colours are rich and not overcooked and marginal space makes the view a comfortable one.

The very first thought that came to my mind was I wonder how much a box of these cost, they look posh with a heavy price tag! The colours are vibrant, and eye appealing and your composition of the set up is well taken. It is a happy snappy shot. I took one like this in a bakery this morning of chocolate cakes. We need to have a chocolate contest up!

Nice balance to this image....sharp without over processing (ahem), just like it...colourful.
