My wife makes these delicious home made Truffles, and I made the candy "sushi"

The truffles: Make ganache by mixing heavy cream and chocolate and flavor it with Grande Marnier or cherry liquor. Then, dip the ganache into melted chocolate and let it set.

The "sushi:" mix a little corn syrup into coconut flakes. Unroll a fruit rollup and cover it with the coconut mixture. Place a Twizzler (get the ones in different colors) on top of the coconut, about an inch from the edge of the rollup. Fold the edge of the rollup over and roll it over with a little pressure to firm things up. Take a serrated knife and cut the rollup into sushi sized pieces. (5 years and 2799 days ago)
