Looks a bit too blurred overall - there is no crisp clarity of subject or background.
there is still something oddly beautiful about this photo though.
I agree with both of the above, and have no idea of how I'm going to vote on this one.
Well to me the Author has captured a moment that is appealing even though there is some blur.
Natures beauty has a calming affect on many people. imho
