Any contrast adjustment would be a big improvement. Did you take this in the fog?

Yes this was indeed taken in the fog. I'm new to this so I didn't know if I was allowed to make any photoshop adjustments to the image but I've followed the advice and upped the contrast a bit.

Much better. Take a look at the rules and guidelines. You'd be surprised what you are allowed to do to your photos.
