I like how the flag is translucent over the wonderful background. The top, left is a tiny bit overexposed. I might crop a little off the top and right hand side. Nice shot, though

Yeah leave as is, the flag should be level because it is the focus of the shot and the horison is barrely noticable. It would not look as good if you straitened the horizon.
