slight guassion blur applied. hue and saturation changed. used "colorize" to the image.

layer duplicated and color changed on each layer.
step 5 of 6
duplicated each color layer and applied "color halftone" to the duplicated layer. set that layer to "softlight" blending mode.
step 6 of 6
used rectangle marquee, made a frame. then applied layer modes of "bevel and emboss" to give it the dimensional look.
