Select and copy via layer (Ctr + j) the image of the horse I used the new tool of cs5, although I had to do some tinkering with the Eraser tool.

Enlarge: transform: scale (using the symbol that unites high and wide at the top bar to keep the proportions). Duplicate Layer. Use exclusion

Duplicate the background image
A background image modified by selecting the heaven, the house and filled it with "fill content aware". I had to do it about three times so that everything is covered with grass

Joined the two bottom layers, and pres the button that is underneath the layers to apply a Gradient Map,

Well, here I used the drawing tool, drawing shapes. Select some layer styles that I found interesting, and each went her way of adding a lot out there. Automatically creates layers each time you draw a new shape. so it is not so complex and the results looked good.

Finally put it all together, add some light to the brush 50 / 50 in soft light mode, and voila!

Step 3: To create the horn, use the liquefy tool. The lights you see in the image the later added

Step 5: Then I top the original background image and down the new (full of grass).
I cleared the house and the horse was just grass and sky
