add black to almost all of background of image

in a seperate layer place dry desert image over face

trim cracked layer around face and us dark color in layer mode
step 4 of 10
with a sharp black brush add black to make hole
step 5 of 10
use clone brush and fill in a little bit were the break is to make a thin shell illusion
step 6 of 10
add image for ghost
step 7 of 10
close cut image
step 8 of 10
stretch image then use liquify to give flame like look
step 9 of 10
color face layer and then use hue/saturation for contrast
step 10 of 10
use a soft orange brush to give ghost reflection on wall and ground
