All of the parts are highlight by the color which is in the source. Everything was warped to fit each body part. I used new layers set to color dodge and filled with black, to paint all of the highlights. The shadows were done by a 5% soft black brush. The eyes was another layer set to color dodge and I used a red brush. The smoke was done by a soft brush with different colors.
