step 1 of 4

used healing brush on chestnut to make a nicer surface.
cut out lips changed hue and saturation for better color. used eraser to blend in.
added teeth and tounge.

cut out leaves from source. changed hue saturation, contrast and brightness. used warp to bend and shape them.
for stalk i used the healing brush tool on the replace setting and drew a basic stalk using a part of the chestnut. then added shadow using the brush tool

for the table i used a wood texture from www.cgtextures.com, i made a circle using the shape tool then used distort for the perspective.
for the wall i made a pattern from the source image blured it then added some gradiants and a film grain

added more shadows using brush tool. used blur tool around edges . for the shadow on the table i copied the whole plant made it black and used distort to shape it. then gaussian blur and made it transparent
