Step 1: Used the pen tool to cut out the shoe shape, and use a chrome filter on it.
Step 2: Traced the shape on a new layer in yellow and then blended it into the chrome layer.
Step 3: Added the diamonds
Step 4: Added the leopard skin interior (once again using the pen tool to cut out the sections and then overly the new image into it)
Step 5: Added the background fireworks
Step 6: Added some lens flare
