I open a new layer, and filled with gradient blue.

On a new layer, I used render filter clouds. Using a big soft eraser, removed unwanted parts.

Using quick mask, I selected a part of chestnut shell thorns. Copied and pasted several times, merging all layers after.

With warp tool, I created wind movement on the "high grass".

Duplicated the grass layer several times.

I selected the tree from outsource image, copied and pasted; changed blending mode to overlay and lowered a little the opacity.

I copied and pasted a leaf, rotating and composing the movement. Merged all layers and lowered the opacity.

Using elliptcal marquee tool, I selectioned part of the chestnut; preference where is the lighting.

With lasso tool, I selectioned a triangle from the balloon shape; merged the layers. Resized, rotated and changed the color.

I duplicated the leaves layer; after I applied some blur on leaves and tree. Lowered the opacity of balloon, and on a new layer, created the cord, applying bevel and emboss. I created two new layers on the top of all, one filled with brown, other with orange and lowered the opacity.
