Assemble fish.
Go to first fish layer- main fish body. Add new layer.
select Rectangular Marquee Tool, create a rectangle and fill with gradient.
Drag over main body and using WARP TOOL manipulate to show light and shade. set LAYER BLEND MODE TO >OVERLAY
go to each layer FISH PHOTO . add a new layer above each one and repeat RECTANGULAR MARQUEE & GRADIENT FILL-WARP- LAYER BLEND MODE>OVERLAY

CREATE TWO LIKE THIS> one is at the top of creation and one goes to the beginning of layers- between background and main fish body. (Select layers of second string and drag to to bottom of layers)
Select BURN TOOL. Darken string BEHIND fish.
