I needed some more space on the bottom so i used the clone tool for that.

Removed most of the seeds using the pen tool.

Duplicated the flower using the pen tool.

Created white circles and applied gaussian blur and outer glow.

Used the pen tool to create the light streams and applied gaussian blur and outer glow.

For this i simply created a white circle, applied gaussian blur and outer glow, then i just duplicated and resized it like there was no tomorrow.

Created a vignette efffect by making an egg-shaped selection, paiting it black, inverting it, and aplying a gaussian blur.
