This is the source I found in Pxleyes stock.

First I made a plian white rectangle on another canvas and moved it to fit in the hand.
Then I used the Chrome filter on that layer to create a mirror finish.

This is an image I made some time ago using brushes alone.
I fit it over the "mirror" at about 85% oppacity. I then added the light flare to reflect the light source back to the viewer.

In this step I created a frame for the mirror using paint and the gradient layer fill.

Here the reflection of the fingers was made. After duplicating the image, I took each finger tip; transformed and fliped them and moved them to their proper reflective places.

Here the final shadow was made with a soft brush to give depth and believabilty.
