I start with a black background

I add a new layer ...clouds->blur->radial blur

add a new layer color it in deep blue and change blending mode to color

add a new layer and now color it to a green..same "color" for blending mode

add the mirror pin apple...desaturated transform distorted (wind->good, from right)

color mirror pin apple in blue ( like ice ) :)
step 10 of 12
add the pin apple

add reflection
step 12 of 12
and finally add "a mirror glass"
