Create a new document in Photoshop, larger in width than the source photo; Paste the photo into the new document.

Draw a rectangle to fill the gap, with a Black fill (In a new layer, below the image)

Using a black stroke color, airbrush the edge of the ceiling to blend it in to the black rectangle.

Download and open a picture of the earth (see the link provided)

Select the earth (using the Circular Marquee tool)

Cut and paste the photo of the Earth into the main document.

Add a shadow effect to the Earth (see the values in the picture).

Download a photo of the moon, and repeat the process of placing it in the photo (same as the process for placing the earth). See the link for the photo.

Center the moon over the light bulb, and remove the portion that overlaps the fixture itself.

Add a gradient overlay to the moon (see values in photo).

Using the brush tool (white stroke), add stars with different levels of opacity to add depth to the side of the photo representing space.

Save the project, and that's it... done!
