I cut out the arm chair with the pen tool and copied it three times.

I blended them all together, to make it seem like one long sofa. My first thought was to use CS4's "Content aware scaling" to get the sofa the size i wanted, but photoshop wasn't co-operating today.

I selected a part of the original wall and enlarged it because i wanted the backgroudn to be larger. I also made a dark gray layer for the floor and applied the reflections. The reflections were made by duplicating the layer and blurring it, i then set the layer style to 'Soft Light', and finally i adjusted the perspectoive because i noticed that the same thing occured in the actual source.

I added the clock and the woman

I wanted her skin to look a tad softer, so i used the smudge tool to make give her skin the desired feel.
