First I selected parts of the image to get patterns.

Here is another selected part as a pattern.

I opened a new image with a black background. I used my shapes tool and brought the line width up to 160 with the teardrop shape as a vector. I used the bubble pattern for the line fill. I adjusted the size and placement of the teardrop.

I added another teardrop.

I clicked on my background layer and used my flood fill tool with the pattern of the gold foil from the bottle.

I duplicated the background layer and rotated it 90 degrees and brought the opacity down to 50.

I clicked on my shapes layer and used Edges FX plugin by Mehdi. I put an inner bevel on it and put drop shadows onto it.

I used my circle selection tool, filled it with the bubbles pattern again, added an inner bevel and added shadows.
