First i select the clone to make the erased portion of the second avocado and then i take a bit of skin from the first avocado and make it over the second to seems like the bitted portion.

I further Draw the mouth and teeth manually by using Pen tool in a new layer and i give pillow bevel effect as per my friends suggestion who are in the sites. I draw the eyes also by the same method.

I give Shading to the eye Parts Because of the darkness of the avocado on the two sides.
I draw the two hands by using the pen tool.First the hand layer is white in color.

step 4 of 4
i Use a bit of the skin of the first avocado to making the hand and make change in Blend mode as linear light(for left hand) and Hard light (for the right hand) . Now the Picture is ready to submit.
