I used POSER 7 to sculpt body, imported in photoshop as 3d layer

Using dodge and burn tool I made her body look more realistic. Also, I gave her some makeup

Hue/saturation adjustment to make skin tone. Also, some glow to get goddess effect.

Custom shape, wrapped, added some effects, burn, dodge.

This is tricky, I spend most of the time making hair. I used round brush in few sizes and 3-4 colors to make various curves. Than I smudged it also with small brush. Finishing touches are dodge and burn.
