Yes, all my SBS are made with FastStone. Fast and easy to use. Priceless if you want to made tutorials.

In Windows 7 there is a native feature called the "snipping tool" application that allows you to select an area on the screen to capture as an image. Works wonders. Great for capturing smaller sections of windows and folders. Would work great for SBS as well.

Macs have had this feature for years... :-

I use grab for mac :) lets you take a selection shot or window and or full screen :) It's really easy to use though.
