ora che è finito il contest Jeans, vorrei sapere perchè non è stato chiesto dal moderatore come è stata fatta la foto, senza usare strumenti non concessi.

I tried to explain perhaps this screen shot will help.
All colours except for blue has been desaturated. This is following the rules as every colour has been removed from the entire image not just part of it.
I hope this explains it.
